Sharon Stone looks like she doesn't have a care in the world as she arrives at LAX from her recent trip to Italy.
The 57-year-old actress - dressed in an all-black ensemble and not wearing a scrap of make-up - looked stunning despite her long-haul flight and recent health scare.
The Basic Instinct star - who suffered a brain hemorrhage in 2001 - was rushed to hospital in Milan after suffering from severe head pains.
But after getting checked out, she was given the all-clear and went straight from the hospital to a fundraising event, which she was hosting.
And her youthful looks and perma grin might be down to a certain someone in her life at the moment. She's currently dating male model Martin Mica, who at 27-years-old, is 30 years her junior.
No wonder she's smiling.
