Finally! Someone - YouTuber Kevin Nugent, to be precise - has taken time out from his no-doubt-busy schedule to expose a lie that's been perpetuated by Hollywood action films pretty much since movies began.
Yep, it turns out that placing a strip of duct tape over someone's mouth doesn't render them mute. In fact, it's quite easy to continue talking - or even to eat the tape, if that's the kind of thing you fancy doing. (Obviously, don't try this at home, kids.)
