Anti-Virus Millionaire John McAfee Accuses Employees Of Conspiracy To Frame Him For Murder

On-The-Run Anti-Virus Millionaire Accuses Employees Of Conspiracy

The antivirus millionaire John McAfee, who is on the run from police in Belize has now claimed two of his employees conspired to kill him.

McAfee is a 'person of interest' in the killing of Gregory Faull, a retired American builder, who was shot on 11 November on the island of Ambergris Caye.

The former software mogul previously said that he hid from police in a hole in the ground while they searched his house, and has since described in detail the complex disguises he used to evade authorities in the days after the killing.

He has also given interviews to various publications, in which he denied the murder and offered a reward for evidence that could clear his name.

In his latest blog on the website 'Who Is McAfee?', the now-retired millionaire accused two of his employees of conspiring to kill him and frame him for murder.

He posted a transcript of what he said was a conversation between two employees, discussing a complex revenge plot involving local police.

McAfee alleges that one of his former employees said:

"You and I we are going to plan how to make a bomb so that it explodes on that mother f--ker."

He also said that one of his current employees, a younger man, described a wider conspiracy with authorities, who he said wanted to implicate him in the murder.

He claims the younger man said: "With the white men we are going to plant the thing there then we are going to call the higher officials and tell them were the thing is planted. And then tell them about Noel as well, then there are both going to get f--ked."

He has also posted hand-written letters that he says are death threats that were sent to his house.

Most recently McAfee has written a post celebrating elements of his former life on Belize, including "crystal clear aquamarine waters" and "beautiful seacoasts".

But he also writes that several of his friends are now in prison because of his "association" with them.

"Two other people are still in prison. My caretaker and good freind Cassian Chavarria. ... He, like eddie, is in prison only because he is my freind. They are both held on trumped up charges, and face years in prison.

McAfee is still on the run from police, but has been writing increasingly detailed blog posts in which he denies responsibility for the murder, and hits out at Wired writer Josh Davies for what he claims was a cynical attempt to smear him in print.

Police in Belize have said that Faull's death may be linked to a dispute he had with McAfee over the latter's dogs.
