A glance at this shot of a Great White shark eyeing up dinner is probably enough to ensure you never go into the ocean again.
The menacing snap was captured by photographer Erin Quigley - who mercifully was inside a shark cage when she noticed the lunchtime scene.
Quigley captured the moment during a diving expedition to Isla Guadalupe, Mexico.
Lunch time: A hapless seagull paddles around, unaware of what lurks beneath
She said: "I was 16 when Jaws was released, and my siblings and I were obsessed.
"My sister had the poster from the film, showing a hapless swimmer about to be devoured, on her wall, and it was so terrifying that I used to avert my eyes as I passed it on my way to bed at night."
Yeah thanks for that Quigley we're never going to the beach again.
