Lance Armstrong admitted to doping and St James Palace told us when the eagerly anticipated royal baby would be born.

While Britain shivered its snowy way through a cold front, Australia baked with some of hottest temperatures the country has ever seen.

There was tragedy on the streets of London too, when a helicopter crashed into a crane in Vauxhall. Many lauded the emergency services for their fast response and some even claimed it was a 'miracle' more people weren't hurt.
