As the temperatures take a turn for the worse and the entire HuffPost UK office drowns in what we have creatively dubbed the "flunami", what better topic for our 'weekly wellbeing' segment than the cold weather?
Even if the country does look lovely covered in snow, it can hard to be positive about winter when record number of Brits are being struck down with the winter vomiting bug and the rest of us are fighting cold and flu symptoms.
