Wales scored 21 unanswered points after the interval, with Cuthbert scoring the tries while Halfpenny kicked 12 points and Dan Biggar contributed eight, including a drop-goal.
A crushing humiliation for England, Wales' win was their greatest ever against their greatest adversaries, eclipsing the previous record of 25-0, which had stood for 108 years.
