Rita Ora has plenty to smile about at the moment. Not only has she got a new boyfriend in the shape of Calvin Harris but she's also just been picked by Madonna to be the face of her 'Material Girl' clothing line.
Rita has signed on the dotted line for a cool, £500,000 and has already shot the campaign for the brand, which the Queen of Pop runs with her daughter Lourdes.
A source told The Sun: “Lourdes has been a fan of Rita for a while and has been to many of her gigs. She persuaded her mum to see her.
“They met at the Met Ball in New York last week and Madonna admired Rita’s attitude so signed the idea off.
“Rita jumped at the chance because she’s such a fan of the Queen Of Pop.
“She also hopes it will help her crack the States in the same way she has the UK.”
Kelly Osbourne, Taylor Momsen and Georgia May Jagger have all previously fronted campaigns for the 80s-inspired clothing range, which is sold in Macy's stores in the US.
Rita recently showed off her new bird tattoo on Instagram, the day after meeting Madonna at the Met Ball in New York.
