Who?Kelly Osbourne
What? Kelly was spotted on the f-row at Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2013 show yesterday and frankly, it would have been hard to miss her. The star paired her metallic print dress with a Mr Whippy-style updo - a scraped-up, pulled-back, cone-shaped tower of purple hair - statement eye makeup and a scarlet pout. Mr Jacobs, meanwhile, was looking pretty dapper in a suit, shirt and a pair of very white, pointy shoes. (Maybe they were the inspiration behind Kelly's strange style?)
