To be honest, we suspected this might be bonkers when we saw the words "dog wedding". Later we read that the dog wedding was expected to cost around $250,000. And this afternoon we saw the pictures.
The bride and groom were Baby Hope, a rescue dog owned by pet expert Wendy Diamond, and Chilly Pasternak, a Virginia poodle selected via an online vote.
Tickets to the event reportedly cost $250 with all proceeds going to benefit the Lucky Diamond Critical Care Ward at the Humane Society of New York.
