Marina Shifrin may just be our new hero.

"I work for an awesome company that makes news videos," she explains. "I have put my entire life into this job, but my boss only cares about quantity, how fast we write and how many views each video gets.

"I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come. Here is a little video I made explaining my feelings."

And with that, Shifrin quit her job at a Taiwanese animation company - through the medium of video. Specifically: a video of her dancing to the Kanye West track 'Gone'.

"I understood that it was a risk, but I never named the company or my boss and I mean, have you seen my dancing? How can anyone take that seriously," she told Huffington Post in America.

Well, we absolutely love it, Marina. And if this doesn't get you a new job, we don't know what will...

Update: Check out Shivrin's employers' response to her video
