Simon Cowell 'To Launch New Generation Game-Style Show'

Simon's New 'Generation Game'

Simon Cowell has taken some inspiration from 'Strictly Come Dancing' rival Bruce Forsyth, with the news he is set to launch a new 'Generation Game'-style show.

According to The Sun, the 'X Factor' boss is set to launch a family game show similar to the one Brucie hosted between 1971 and 1994.

The show - entitled 'Keep It In The Family' - will reportedly air at teatime and will feature contestants from three generations of families.

It will be presented by 'The Chase' host Bradley Walsh.

Simon will be hoping it is a bigger hit than his last creation, 'Food, Glorious Food'.

The show - hosted by Carol Vorderman - was mauled by critics and was axed after just one series due to poor ratings.

It followed other flops 'That Dog Can Dance' and 'Red Or Black'.

Simon is currently rumoured to be returning to 'The X Factor' following a slump in viewing figures.
