Justin Bieber's DUI And Drag Racing Charges Reportedly Dropped (VIDEO)

Have Bieber's DUI And Drag Racing Charges Been DROPPED?

Justin Bieber's arrest suddenly doesn't seem quite as bad as first reported...

According to the Miami state clerk's office the 19-year-old faces just one charge of resisting arrest without violence.

This is a dramatic U-turn to the original police charges which were reported to be for DUI, drag racing and an expired licence.

Documents published on the Miami-Dade County Court Clerk's website revealed the 'Baby' singer now faces just one charge.

Justin has taken a holiday in Panama since his arrest

The news comes after Bieber’s lawyers revealed that they were investigating claims that the police had “exaggerated” the DUI and speeding allegations.

TMZ reports Bieber's blood alcohol content was 0.014% - a considerably low amount, the outlet notes - at the time of his arrest. Yet, the website points out, the police report states there was "an odour of alcohol".
