Beyonce and Jay-Z wowed audiences with their sexed-up performance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night. But it wasn't just Bey's sheer and corseted little black number and saucy dance moves that got people talking - it was also her svelte figure.

The power couple embarked on a 22-day vegan diet before Christmas and have reportedly dropped 110lb between them over six months.

At the time of taking on the vegan challenge, Jay-Z wrote on his blog: "On December 3rd, one day before my 44th birthday I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!! This all began a few months back when a good friend and vegan challenged me to embrace a 'plant-based breakfast' every day. It was surprisingly easier on me than I thought…"

Adding: "P.S. B is also joining me."

The Mirror claims that Bey has now shed 70lbs and Jay-Z has lost 40lbs, thanks to a new workout routine and their plant-based diet.

In an interview with Ecorazzi, the couple's personal trainer and diet advisor, Marco Borges, explained they had a very positive approach to the challenge.

"They were very open. They were excited about the challenge. As a matter of fact, we had a conversation [several days in]: 'I haven’t missed anything at all,' was what they had to say. 'I haven’t missed a single thing,'" Marco said.
