Saturday marks the 70th birthday of The Who frontman Roger Daltrey.
Daltrey's career with the band began back in 1964 and in 2005 he collected a CBE for his services to music, the entertainment industry and charity.
He is a patron for the Teenage Cancer Trust and has been the driving force behind fundraising concerts at the Royal Albert Hall for over a decade.
Earlier this week Daltrey teamed up with former Dr Feelgood guitarist Wilko Johnson for a one-off show at Shepherd's Bush Empire, in London.
The pair have a joint album entitled 'Going Back Home' due out in April, NME reveals.
