This is the aftermath of a horrific road accident that killed a man, left three women seriously injured but a nine-month-old baby boy miraculously survived.
Despite ending up with no roof after the red fiesta crossed the central reservation and struck a black Vauxhall Vectra head-on, the baby was unhurt.
Tragically, a 20-year-old man from South Woodham Ferrers, a passenger in the Fiesta, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 18-year-old female driver, also from South Woodham Ferrers, received serious injuries and was taken by air ambulance to Royal London Hospital.
Her condition today was said to be critical but stable.
The crash happened A1114 Essex Yeomanry Way, Great Baddow, Essex at about 1pm on Saturday.
The Vectra driver, a 64-year-old woman and passenger, a 68-year-old woman, are in a stable condition.Suggest a correction
