National No Smoking Day - whether you choose to light up or not - is a great (non preachy) way to remind us of the benefits of going fag-free.
Although there are plenty of systems and support networks to help smokers stub out their cigarette once and for all, many buckle under strains of withdrawal and are unable to resist lighting up again.
Perhaps understanding how giving up fags directly affects the body - for the better and as soon as 20 minutes after the last puff - will help. Please do share with a loved one!
