England World Cup Squad Numbers Announced

'I Am Not A Number' - England's World Cup Squad Numbers Revealed

Jack Wilshere will don the No.7 shirt for England at the World Cup finals, the Football Association has confirmed.

Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck has received the No.11 jersey, while Raheem Sterling is listed as No. 19, a number that has taken on cult significance since Paul Gascoigne dazzled with it on his back at Italia '90.

Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard and Wayne Rooney will wear 4, 8 and 10 for their third successive World Cup in Brazil.

England host Peru in a friendly at Wembley on Friday week before travelling to Miami to face Ecuador and Honduras in two further friendlies.

The Three Lions' World Cup campaign begins on 14 June against Italy in Manaus.
