Amy Adams Takes Jennifer Garner's Job As The Face Of Max Mara

Actress Amy Adams has officially replaced Jennifer Garner as the face of Italian fashion house Max Mara.

The five-time Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe winning actress - who was actually born in Italy - struck a pose for photographer Mario Sorrenti showing off the brand's signature outerwear, bags and sunglasses.

In the campaign, the 39-year-old can be seen dressed in two luxury caramel coloured coats that matched her statement red tresses perfectly.

Her look was polished off with a brown smokey eye, a sweep of bronzer and a natural pink lip.

The president of the Max Mara group's public relations, Giorgio Guidotti, explained to Women's Wear Dailywhy including glitzy Hollywood stars in their ad campaigns has given Max Mara a whole new image.

"Jennifer Garner was the first celebrity we worked with and the feedback we received was excellent," he told the style site.

This isn't the first fashion campaign for the actress - who was raised Mormon (bet you didn't know that) - she has also appeared in ads for Band of Outsiders and Lacoste... and something tells us this isn't her last fashion campaign.

The news comes as Amy was met with praise when she gave up her first-class seat to a uniformed soldier on a recent flight from Detroit to Los Angeles, quietly asking a flight attendant to make the switch when she noticed the serviceman waiting to board.

Although she didn't make a big deal about it, her good deed was spotted by a fellow passenger who duly tweeted her observation.
