The 42-year-old American actress posed in a series of black and white photos for the New York label photographed by Glen Luchford and shot in Coney Island.
By pose we mean striking a few silly facial expressions and the look?
Edgy, boyish cropped hair and a serious pout.
And as these Instagram photos posted by the brand prove, Winona is a natural in front of the camera...
The actress stars alongside Michael Pitt (who's fronting the menswear campaign) and sports the brand's A/W line up of classic tailored staples.
This is Winona's first big fashion gig in over 10 years - she fronted an ad campaign for Marc Jacobs back in 2003 - and we love seeing her silly side.
Marcus Wainwright, managing partner of Rag & Bone, said: "Both actors are unconventional in their own right and indefinably compelling, which really appeals to us."
It's true - Winona has that timeless beauty (she'll forever be Jo March in Little Women for us) but she's sharp and stylish too.
Wainwright also spoke to WWD about her celebrity status.
"To us, Winona Ryder is a bona-fide icon," he said. "One of the things that makes her so cool is that although she has this incredible career, she isn't interested in being a movie star."
