In June, it was reported Kanye West was sentenced to two years informal probation after he lost his cool and lashed out at the paparazzi at LAX airport in Los Angeles back in 2013.
How is Yeezus carrying out his punishment? He is teaching a fashion course at Los Angeles Trade Technical College and now, there are Instagram pictures to prove it.
Vulture reports Kanye has taken on 250 hours of community service as part of his sentence. Yes, that's a fair amount of standing up at the front of the classroom, but it doesn't sound like too bad a job, does it?
After all, this is the man who "invented" leather joggers.
In an interview with BBC Radio 1 presenter Zane Lowe, Kanye revealed how he's been moving in fashion circles for years.
"Whether I'm at a dinner with Anna Wintour, or a listening party with Pusha-T or in Rome with Virgil [Abloh, West's creative director], giving Fendi our designs and getting them knocked down ... [We] brought the leather jogging pants six years ago to Fendi, and they said no ... How many motherf*ckers you done seen with a leather jogging pant?" Kanye said.
He even popped up at London Fashion Week (sort of.) Kanye and his wife Kim's faces were embroidered onto the front of a sweatshirt at the Ashish Spring/Summer 2015 show. Surely, he's already bought one?
Sounds like Mr West might just be in his element in the fashion college class.
