The 2015 Pirelli calendar has landed and for the first time it stars a plus-size model.
Candice Huffine is one of the 12 beauties photographed by Steven Meisel and styled by Carine Roitfeld and let's just say the 30-year-old, size 16 model does Miss April *very* well.
The lady is a vamp.
On breaking into the mainstream of modelling (Candice got her first big gig in a shoot for V magazine alongside other plus-size models in 2010) she told The Telegraph, "We just didn't get those opportunities [before], magazines weren't going there yet, it was like the door was cracking open.
"Then in 2011 I was cast for Italian Vogue; the door wasn't cracked any more. It was blown open."
On her size being an advantage? "I don't know any differently. I'm navigating a career and I'm really proud of myself being the size that I am," she said.
"I haven't made any compromises, yet one year tops the next. I don't see it as advantage, I'm just grateful that I've got to do it on the terms that I have."
This year's model line up also includes Gigi Hadid, Joan Smalls, Adriana Lima, Raquel Zimmerman, Natalia Vodianova, Isabeli Fontana, Sasha Luss, Anna Ewers, Carolyn Murphy, Cameron Russell and Karen Elson.
That said, it's Candice who really pulls off that who stripped back sexy thing - check that latex corset and bouffant do. She's body confident and undeniably beautiful and we love that.
"When you love your body and you're proud of it, you feel ok to strip down.'"
Amen to that, sister.
