Sushi, Yogurt, Orange Juice... 5 Foods You Thought Were Healthy But Aren't

You couldn't be blamed for thinking sushi or granola bars are good for you.

And yoghurt? Forget about it.

In some cases, such as a shrimp tempura roll, a single piece of sushi can contain more than 500 calories.

And don't go thinking that orange juice you had with breakfast will allow you an extra chocolate bar at lunch. Fruit juices are often packed with sugar and will actually cause you to miss out on a lot of essential fibre.
