Ever thought about giving your baby a makeover? No, us neither, But this mum did – and the results, as you can see, are rather disturbing/hilarious/terrifying (delete accordingly).
Fortunately, the 28-year-old British mum – called Fiona – didn't use proper foundation, lippy and mascara but decided to use the phone app YouCam Makeup to transform her newborn boy, Gabriel.
At the beginning the little lad is as cute as any baby you'll see – but then his mum gets to work with the virtual make-up kit, super-imposing a variety of different looks on the infant's face.
In one photo Gabriel models a black cropped wig, stenciled eyebrows, purple eye shadow and red lipstick. His look is finished off with a set of piercing bright blue eyes.
In another shot he's seen with a Marilyn Monroe-style mop of hair.
Later his mother gives him long blonde locks with curls.
Fiona said she had great fun using the app on seven-week-old Gabriel.
She said: "It helps to pass the long hours of crying!"
The new mother uploaded the madeover images of Gabriel to Imgur and Reddit, prompting hundreds of comments from viewers.
She reassured commenters that no real beauty products touched the child's face.
She added: "Hello world. No make up touched Gabriel's skin so don't worry. He is a very, very loved little boy. I intentionally take/use photos of him pulling faces and gurning because I live to amuse myself."
The YouCam Makeup app is available for free on Android and iOS.
It allows users to virtually transform themselves by tweaking their features.
