The official list of Time magazine's top 100 influential people has been revealed.

And we're pleased to see 34 truly amazing women featured in the running.

Although, admittedly, there should've (and could've) been more.

Highlighting the world's most pioneering, iconic, artistic and truly wonderful beings, the 100 influential people list commends the achievements of those who have, or are working towards, making a lasting impression on the planet.

Women who made the cut for 2015 include Emma Watson - for tackling gender equality head on through UN Women - as well as Hillary Clinton, Malala Yousafzai and Taylor Swift.

Without further ado, here are just a handful of truly inspirational women deserving of the accolade.
