The 26-year-old man was cycling in the Polish city of Opole, when he biked directly into the train at a crossing, escaping with non life-threatening injuries, local media reported.

The footage of the incident, which took place on November 5, has been released by the country's railway service to show the dangers of ignoring red lights at crossings.

According to reports, the man, who has not been named, was fined for ignoring the light.
