Man Accidentally Orders Personalised Nike Trainers Saying 'Ian Beale'

Remember when everyone was engraving their name on iPods? Well, Nike has brought the trend into the modern age with a pretty nifty feature allowing you to customise its trainers.

But you should probably double check the wording before clicking 'confirm order'...

According to Metro, this photo was posted on Facebook with the caption: "Danny Hunter made some trainers on Nike ID last week in college and someone has changed the personalised writing on the back to 'Ian Beale' when he wasn’t looking, he orders them without double checking and they turn up to his door like this – 105 quid well spent best thing I’ve ever seen – Nike Roshe Run Ian Beale editions."

Yep, Ian Beale the Eastenders character. The longest-running Eastenders character. Ian Beale, the man with five marriages to four women. The man who, for absolutely no comprehensible reason at all, became homeless, then went on to launch three successful businesses. Ian Beale.

Classic college banter, eh. Let's hope this serves as a lesson to those making expensive purchases when absolute legends are around.
