Yogis Flexing In Everyday Places Prove You Don't Need A Killer Backdrop To Do Downward Dog

Nothing To See Here, Just People Doing Yoga In Shops And Restaurants

Sick of seeing those overly perfected yoga poses in front of breathtaking backdrops, one Instagram user has decided to snap real people doing yoga poses in everyday places.

Jordan Berger, 30, from Sydney in Australia, is shouting out to regular people who do yoga on his Instagram account 'Yoga Suitra'.

The idea is that you don't need a mat, a killer backdrop and a pair of fancy fitness pants to do yoga. All you need is the right mindset.

Berger told Mashable: "I'll be at the bar, in a grocery store, and I will see the opportunity and take it. It is kind of addictive.

"You start to realise that yoga is everywhere."
