Meet Rock Climber Farnaz Esmaeilzadeh, The Real-Life Spiderwoman

Blink and you might miss her.

Prepare to become obsessed with Iranian rock climber Farnaz Esmaeilzadeh.

A clip of her "gravity-defying" climbing was recently posted by LiveLeak and we're seriously impressed.

Just look at her go.

The 27-year-old, who has been rock climbing since she was 13, also gives climbing lessons to other women to fund her competitions aboard.

Not only is Esmaeilzadeh a real-life Spiderwoman, she's also a kick-ass feminist who's spoken openly about challenging gender stereotypes in her county.

Previously speaking to the New York Post, she said: "For me, climbing rocks is part of life, a symbol of overcoming the barriers of life.

"What I do is to change things that people think are norms. I feel there is no difference between men and women.”

On top of all that, we can't stop scrolling through her awe-inspiring Instagram.

She might just be our new favourite sportsperson.
