Neil McDermott is set to reprise his role as Ryan Malloy, and return to ‘EastEnders’, according to reports.
The bad boy is currently in prison, but is apparently set for a comeback, which will see him reunite with half-sister Whitney Dean.
A source explains to The Sun: “Ryan is never far from Whitney’s mind and she has always stayed in touch as much as possible.
Whitney recently found out she’s pregnant, but her baby joy is set to turn to anguish in the coming weeks, when she finds out she has chlamydia, thanks to her cheating boyfriend Lee Carter.
Ryan’s arrival would also have an impact on Stacey, as he’s the father of her eldest child, Lily.
‘EastEnders’ has welcomed back a number of fan favourites in the past 12 months, with Ross Kemp set to return again later this summer.
Danniella Westbrook also briefly reprised her role as Sam Mitchell, for Barbara Windsor’s final star turn as Peggy Mitchell, and has repeatedly expressed interest in a more lengthy Albert Square stay in the future.
