‘Emmerdale’ actor Danny Miller has opened up about how he’d feel if Robron split up.
While bosses currently have no plans to part everyone’s favourite soap couple, talk at the TV Choice Awards turned to what would happen if they did, with Danny admitting to The Huffington Post UK that he’d feel pretty disappointed.
The star hit the red carpet with Gemma Atkinson, ahead of his Best Actor win, and the duo teased what’s coming up with Gemma telling us: “I’ve got a crazy few months with Marlon. “Obviously we’re together now but it’s Soapland and nobody stays happy for long, so there are lots of twists and turns.”
When quizzed on how fans would feel if Robron split, Danny replied, “I don’t think they’d like it,” and Gemma added: “You wouldn’t like it!”
“I wouldn’t like it,” Danny continued. “I’d certainly be in the show a lot less if it wasn’t for Ryan [Hawley, aka Robert Sugden]. He’s a good lad, very nice to work with.
“People have said in the past, they love them that much that they would be gutted if they split. It’s in the hands of the people upstairs.”
Well, we know couples rarely get a happy ending in soaps, but let’s just hope Robron are the exception. *prays to the soap Gods*
