James Blakey

James Blakey is one third of the core creative team behind interactive theatre company Oscar Mike, whose work creates an unique fusion of theatre and live gaming. James is a freelance theatre director, trained on the Arts Council MFA in Theatre Directing at Birkbeck, which included professional secondments to the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Motley Theatre Design School and West Yorkshire Playhouse and is currently a Staff Director at The National Theatre. His blog will tell stories of human spirit, connectivity and community. It will celebrate works of art that are theatrical and transient. And it will shamelessly promote his own endeavours.
