Kaiya Stone

Filmmaker, theatre director and writer

Kaiya Stone is a filmmaker, theatre director and writer. She was born in Leeds and grew up in Cape Town, upstate New York and Batley, West Yorkshire. She studied Classics at St Hilda’s College, Oxford University where she was diagnosed with dyslexia and dyspraxia. Everything is going to be KO is a film and a one-person show with a book-in-progress. She is co-founder of the production company Transgress - a collective focused on exploring disability, sexuality and gender. Kaiya now lives in Battersea and loves craft beer.
