Following the unexpected viral sensation that saw the British pubic vote to name a research ship ‘Boaty McBoatface’, South West Trains seem to have adopted the same naming system.
Lightening up commutes from Portsmouth to Waterloo, the train company have dubbed one of their engines ‘Trainy McTrainface’.

A South West Trains spokesperson told the Evening Standard: “It is a one-off by one of our creative guards who wanted to bring a smile to the face of our customers.”
