If you’re looking for a foolproof way to bake bread then this two-ingredient recipe should be right up your street.
The recipe from the Press Association shows how to make Great British Bake Off-worthy bread using just flour and vanilla ice cream.
Sound good? Here’s how you do it.
- Heat your oven to 180C.
- Leave half of your ice cream in a glass bowl to melt.
- Once melted, pour on some flour and mix to thicken the mixture.
- As soon as the mixture has a similar consistency to that in the video, pour it into a greased baking tray and cook for 45 minutes.
- Once the time is up and your loaf is golden brown, remove the bread and turn out onto a wooden board.
