Former ‘X Factor’ singer Jake Quickenden has brushed off the drama surrounding his nude photo leak, after becoming the latest famous face to have his private images posted on the internet.

Earlier this week, the ‘I’m A Celebrity’ runner-up discovered that an intimate photo of him had been circulated on social media, but he’s now shrugged off the leak.

He admits to the Daily Star: The photo is from a couple of years ago, I have no idea how anyone has got hold of it.

Back in 2014, when Jake was preparing to go into the ‘I’m A Celeb’ jungle, he admitted that while he didn’t think he’d be too upset if his personal photos were to leak, he did think it was “out of order” to share celebrities’ nude photos.

He told Digital Spy: “I think that’s your private life so they shouldn’t really get leaked or found, like when the iCloud gets hacked and that. That’s just bang out of order. But I don’t care anyway, mate! I’m naked enough anyway! I’d post them myself.”

It’s been a tough couple of weeks to be a male celeb, with a number of private naked pictures being circulated on social media.

Just this week, Ben Cohen was forced to speak out when he became embroiled in a similar scandal.

After nude images of the former rugby player and ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star were shared on the internet, he was forced to clarify that they had been taken before he got together with current girlfriend Kristina Rihanoff, adding that the matter was now “in the hands of his lawyers”.

He isn’t the only one, though, as former ‘Coronation Street’ winner Shayne Ward and ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ winner James Hill have both had nude images circulated online in the past few weeks alone.
