Larry Drake Dead: 'L.A. Law' Star Dies, Aged 66

The actor was found at his home in Hollywood.

‘L.A. Law’ actor Larry Drake has died, at the age of 66.

The actor has suffered health problems in recent times, and found dead at his home by a friend on Thursday (17 March), before being pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics, according to TMZ.

The cause of death is yet to be confirmed.

Larry won two Outstanding Supporting Actor Emmy Awards for his star turn in ‘L.A. Law’, in which he played Benny Stulwicz.

His acting career began back in the 1970s, and over the years he graced both film and television.

Fans might also recognise him from his smaller roles in ‘American Pie 2’ and the series ‘Six Feet Under’.

TMZ adds that while he had not starred in any new projects in recent years, he had been working as an acting coach, helping budding stars hone their craft.
