These tips, tools and recipes are for men and women, and can help us avoiding having to stress about lack of hair or spend a lot of money or doing painful procedures like hair transplants to get your hair thicker. Even if you are worried you are starting to go bald, you don't have to lose more and you can actually reverse the process and grow it back.
1. Cut back on chemicals and the things that hold back new hair growth. This includes what you eat and what you put on your skin & hair.
2. Consume high amounts of nutrition: vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
3. Stress less, let go, relax and have more fun.
4. Incorporate a new hair care practice that includes natural hair treatments, remedies and natural foods.
These are best foods for hair growth as they are high in omegas, protein and antioxidants: beans, lentils, flaxseeds, chia seeds, avocado, berries, greens (kale, spinach, lettuce, broccoli etc).
