Legal Compliance Officer for the South African Human Rights Commission

Tshepang Sebulela is a Soweto born and raised brother, son, scholar and friend. Specializing in the field of human rights and public interests law, having served at various institutions including Wits University and the Legal Resources Centre where he focused on research and monitoring. He is a currently a legal compliance officer for the South African Human Rights Commission focusing on public and private compliance in the field of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information act (POPIA). He holds an LLB Degree from the University of Johannesburg and is a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He has a keen interest in race relations, African history, tech, fashion, religious studies and politics.
