After an interrogation that even the Italian Supreme Court said was illegal, the woman wrote a statement that actually AVOIDED giving the police the statement that they were demanding, describing what she saw as a 'vision' and qualified THAT by saying she didn't really know if she wasn't just dreaming it all.

Then she RETRACTED it the next day, after no longer being in police custody. So the cops then lock the guy up for two weeks - even when they see immediately he has an airtight alibi, and keep his establishment (which wasn't the scene of anything) locked up for months until he goes broke. And for this she gets three years?

Sounds like the court just didn't want to pay four years worth of restitution on her, like it will for Sollecito.

Unfortunately some Americans think they have the right to murder people across the world without retribution. They regard other nations as being sub-human. The attitude is: she did it, but so what? She's an American and we can do what we like. Look at the way their soldiers treat prisoners - rape, torture, murder - and the citizens of the good old USA call them 'American Heroes'. They are the new Nazis and the Stars and Stripes has inflicted more fear than the swastika ever did.

Article fails to mention that she said she was with her boss and was there when he raped and killed her.

A woman as bright as Knox is is not going to do that unless she was tortured into the story, or is either really young, mentally ill, mentally disabled, or all three.

At the end of the day its what can be proved beyond reasonable doubt in court, and because of multiple blunders the conviction was overturned even though she was originally found guilty. The only people who know what happened were the victim and her murderer(s) and unfortunately the victim will never tell her tale. My own thoughts are that Knox is a manipulative,scheming and deceitful person and I am glad shes in the US and not near me. Please don`t knock Itailian courts either the yanks have enough miscarriages of justice to worry about, look at OJ Simpson, Michael Jackson clearly paying his accuser to make charges vanish and the disturbing case of Casey Anthony and the murder of her 2 year old daughter. In many cases it does seem that money talks and the guilty walk. If she had any decency about her Knox would vanish into the background and not cause the victims family any more heartache.

Make this murderess show up in court then arrest her again on murder. She got away with it and you have to wonder how. Did they get a nice bribe ???
