Though there's no doubt they're very good films, who could say the likes of Scarface, Oliver! and Casablanca couldn't be improved with a little footage of a cute cat being cute?

Well, pretty much no-one, now we think about it, but at least thanks to the hard work of YouTuber pleatedjeans, we can see what might have been if cats suddenly appeared in Harry Potter, Se7en and so on.

It's catnip for movie/cute kitten lovers, and as we proudly call ourselves just that, it's more than a privilege to share it with you today. As well as this cat-based video slideshow, of course. That goes without saying.
