WATCH: Base Jumper Breaks Record In 90 Second Fall From Mountain

Base jumper Valery Rozov has broken a world record after falling for 90 seconds from a 6000m mountain.

Rozov climbed the peak in the Indian Himalayas for 30 days before jumping from near the 6,543m summit of Shivling.

He fell in his Red Bull wingsuit before deploying a parachute and landing safely.

The 47-year-old Russian has previously jumped into an active volcano in 2009 and from Ulvetanna Peak in the Antarctic in 2010.

"We had a few difficulties along the way, so I am really pleased that we were able to complete the jump successfully," he said.
