Stuart Pearce's undistinguished coaching career has taken in the plight of England's Under-21 footballers and an underwhelming Team GB performance at the London 2012 Olympics. But now he's made another questionable choice. No, it's not using the outdated 4-4-2 formation, but starring in the new Go Compare advert.
The annoying version of Pavarotti evidently survived Sue Barker bazookaing him to death in the previous advert to return with a vengeance. Only a raging Psycho shuts him up by punting a football into the tubby soprano's belly to cease his racket.
Although it looks like Pearce had some help from the special effects department...
