If touchscreen phones just aren't good enough when you're gaming, you might be thinking about buying a separate controller. But the chances are you have the pieces around at home to make one yourself - if you know how.
One user at Instructables did just that recently, using the guts of a Wii Remote and the case from an old school Gameboy to build his own Android gamepad from scratch.
It's a fairly complex built - and to be honest, we're in two minds about destroying a beautiful old console for an emulator controller. But it's still impressive.
