IFA 2013: The Coolest 10 Gadgets, TVs, Ideas And Concepts At This Year's Tech Expo (PICTURES)

Every year at the IFA trade show in Berlin, the tech world gathers to share ideas, eat currywurst and marvel at the latest and greatest gadgets.

This year has been no different. We've seen leatherised tablets, ridiculous TVs and a lot of smartwatches. And there's still so much to uncover - as anyone who has ever been to IFA knows, there is far too much on show for even the most intrepid gadget fan.

To make searching for the coolest products, ideas and gadgets on show a bit easier, we've collected our 10 favourites into the list below.     Panasonic's 20-Inch 4K Tablet

    Yes, it's $4,500 and aimed initially at the business market. But Panasonic's 4K 20-inch Windows 8.1 tablet is pretty astounding in person.

    Ricoh Theta
    Ricoh's new 'Theta' camera is a world first mass-market 360-degree cameraa. It's small enough to fit in your pocket, but takes remarkably good images using a twin-lens folded optical system. It syncs with your smartphone too, meaning images are easy to share and store. Find out more here.

    Sony QX100
    Smartphones aside, Sony's big new idea at IFA was the QX series of screenless cameras. Essentially a lens you connect via Bluetooth to your phone, it makes any Android or iOS device capable of producing some really astoundingly good pictures - and it's half the price of a comparable camera.

    3Doodler 3D-Printing Pen
    This Kickstarter-funded gadget lets you make plastic sculptures without a printer or any fancy software. We saw a close demo, and loved it.

    Samsung's Ridiculously Huge UHD tV

    This 110-inch 4K TV over at Samsung's stand is so enormous and clear, you feel like you're falling into it. It's totally absurd - and no, you're never going to own one. But wow, will you want one.

    It's hard to get that excited about an 8-inch tablet - unless it's the world's first 8-incher with a 1080P display. More pictures and info here.

    Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro

    We know - laptops aren't that exciting. But the Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro is something else. It has a 13.3-inch ultra high res display (3,200x1,800 pixels) which is just ridiculous - plus the same flexible hinge as the original, built-in voice control and it only costs around £1,000.

    Panasonic's Tree Of 4K TVs

    Panasonic's new 4K TV is cool enough on its own, since it's the world's first set with 60 FPS HDMI 2.0. But over at their stand, Pansonic built a literal tree of the displays and synchronised them to play similar, but linked and different videos of various scenes from nature. Neat.
