A high-school bully has been forced to apologise to a boy he accused of having no friends after 100 people held a rally in support of the victim.
Halsey Parkerson was meeting his aunt at South Salem High School in Oregon when the bully told him he "didn’t have any friends and no one cares".
Incensed, Parkerson's aunt took to posted a message on the Facebook page of a car club she runs.

This prompted 50 vehicles - some driving from as far as Vancouver - containing around 100 people to bring the school parking lot to a stand still.
Parkerson said: "It's just unbelievable. I now know whenever I get bullied I'll raise my head up and say, 'Sorry, I have too many friends to think I'm being bullied."
When Parkerson and his rather large group of followers confronted the unnamed bully, he was given an apology and a high-five.
He said: "I apologise and I take it back."
The school's principle, although initially alarmed at the sudden influx of cars, decided to let the event pan out.
Parkerson added: "If you're being bullied, stand up and express yourself.
"This is one glorious day."
