'Bluetooth Toothbrush' Unveiled At CES 2014

Posted: Updated:

A digital 'Bluetooth' toothbrush has been unveiled at CES 2014 in Las Vegas - presumably because everything else has already been invented.

The device connects with an app on your smartphone, in order to give you better information about your oral hygiene, including tracking how long you've brushed for.

The makers of the Kolibree Toothbrush say it could be a breakthrough for anyone who wants to know more about the state of the inside of their mouth. To us it looks a little bit like overkill - but then if you're already tracking your fitness, calorie intake, sleep and every other countable personal metric, why not add your teeth into the mix?
