A 12-year-old girl, who died from cancer last month, left a secret note to her family before on the back of her mirror before her death.
Athena Orchard's "heartbreaking" message was found by her father, Dean, a few days after his daughter passed away on 28 May.
"She never mentioned it, but it’s the kind of thing she’d do," he told the Leicester Mercury. "I started reading it but before long I had to stop because it was too much, it was heartbreaking."
