Upon arriving in Oz, Kendra told The Sun: "I'm not a girl into home comforts and luxury. I like getting dirty."

A show insider told the paper: “Kendra will bring real glamour and genuine star quality.

“She’s done lots of nude modelling, so it won’t take much to convince her to strip for a shower.

“And she may be looking for a bit of male company.”

The model recently split from her husband Hank Baskett after he had an alleged affair with a transexual escort.

Kendra's arrival in Australia comes just a day after the show was thrown into chaos after three celebs pulled out of appearing on the jungle-based series.

‘Desperate Housewives’ actress Teri Hatcher, Josie Cunningham and TV cook Rustie Lee have all reportedly had a last minute change of heart.

According to The Sun On Sunday, Josie’s dreams of setting up camp and chowing down on rice and beans have been ruined, because she didn’t realise how long it took to get a passport.

Meanwhile, ‘Desperate Housewives’ actress Teri has been forced to cancel her trip Down Under due to medical issues, while Rustie’s reasons for leaving are unclear.

“The casting directors at ITV work very hard to get the mix of jungle celebs right, and so this is very disappointing when people drop out,” a source told The Sun.

“And it means that despite months of planning, they have to rush to draft in replacement celebs and fly them to Australia in time for the show launch.”
