Ed Miliband Is 'Too Good For This F*****g Country,' Says Guy Live On BBC Daily Politics

Watch Guy Live On BBC Say 'Ed Miliband's Good For This F*****g Country'

Richard Biggs, the founder of the @CoolEdMiliband Twitter account, was a guest on Friday's BBC Daily Politics to talk about the former Labour leader.

And he casually dropped in the F-word while discussing his sadness that Ed Miliband did not win the general election.

"I think the way the election went, it shows this country doesn’t deserve a leader who has so much integrity and principles," Biggs said. He added: "Ed Miliband’s too good for this fucking country to be honest."

Andrew Neil, the veteran presenter, cut in: "No, no. You can’t swear on daytime live television."

A shamed-faced Biggs replied: "I'd like to apologise, it was very bad of me."

Earlier in the programme, Abby Tomlinson, the young founder of the Milifandom movement, said she was "hugely disappointed and actually quite heartbroken" by Labour's election defeat.

It is not the first time someone has sworn live on the Daily Politics. Last year Tory MP Nick Herbert said the word "fuckwit" live on the show.
